Physical Therapy
Our doctors of physical therapy can treat various musculoskeletal conditions including chronic pain, traumatic injuries, post operative procedures, performance optimization, etc. No need for a physician referral and always 1-on-1 treatments. Our techniques include manual therapy, cupping, scraping, corrective exercise and others to get you performing to at your best.
InBody Composition Analyzer
The InBody composition analyzer measures body fat, body water, muscle, BMI, basal metabolic rate, and a segmental lean analysis. A printed results sheet is provided and results are tracked over time.
Cryotherapy
Cryo Innovations’ XR Chamber uses cold therapy to reduce inflammation and swelling that causes pain, specifically joint or tendon. In a 3 min session the body’s nervous and blood system will release endorphins, anti-inflammatory molecules, and oxygenated blood. 1-5x a week. Why is Cryo better than an ice bath? Cryo air is cryogenically cooled air, while ice bath uses wet cold water which can cause muscle tissue to congeal which causes immobility.

Handheld Laser Therapy (LLLT)
XLR8 (Red Light)
The XLR8 handheld laser uses low-level laser therapy (LLLT) to alter cellular functions and provide noticeable pain relief.
