You should wear something comfortable you can move in. Many of our modalities are most effective over bare skin so shorts and tank top/sports bra would be best if you want to do those services. The cryotherapy chamber requires dry undergarments or shorts; females may wear a bra as long as it does not contain a wire. Maintaining your modesty is our #1 priority and we have effective protocols in place to ensure your privacy.

Yes! Cryotherapy is safe. Patients will be screened by our Doctor of Physical Therapy prior to their session.

At this time, we do not have restrooms in the trailer or onsite at Norris Rd. Though if you visit us when we are at a different location, there may be restrooms available there.

We require 24-hour notice for all cancellations. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment for any reason, you will be charged $25. If you arrive greater than 15 minutes after your appointment time, it is up to the discretion of the provider if may attend your appointment. We allow 1 courtesy cancellation/no-show for all clients.

Our specialized Doctor of Physical Therapy will meet with you for 60 minutes discussing your medical history and performance goals. They will perform tests to determine the root cause of your pain/dysfunction in order for you to have the results you deserve.

We are very pleased to say that you DO NOT need a referral to come see us! Just give us a call and we can likely get you in for an evaluation the same day.

A typical session can be as short as 20 minutes and up to a few hours depending on your needs. A physical therapy evaluation will last up to 60 minutes to determine the root of pain and make a treatment plan.

Absolutely! We are well suited for short term care to relieve aches and pains while visiting our area as a great compliment to any providers you see back home. If you are only in town for a few days the session will jump right into treatment to get you feeling better right away!

No! You can do cryotherapy, red light therapy, laser therapy, game ready, normatec, muscle stim, or any of our other modalities as standalone treatments. Sit back and relax with your favorite show or sporting event on the TV while you let your body recover!

We can bring our entire trailer to you for a group of 5 or more. We can come to a gym, stable, field, country club, etc. Contact our team at info@helixpr.health to schedule our mobile services.

If you are the owner of a gym, you may want to provide our boutique services to your clients but may not have infrastructure to do it. We can schedule a day during the week where we can provide services to any of your current clients to keep them healthy and manage any pain so they can continue training and meeting their goals!

While our trailer is large, it is surprisingly maneuverable and fully self-contained. We can set up in under 20 minutes once on-site and we can park on grass, dirt, gravel, etc. For more information, contact our team at info@helixpr.health.

We require at least 7 day’s notice from when you want us to arrive. This allows us to manage the schedule of our regular clients and make a plan to come to you!
